Lake of the Prairies has been named as one of Manitoba's top ten walleye lakes, with perch and pike also in plenty. Surrounded by an aspen and birch forest, the area is also home to waterfowl, deer, elk, and black bears. The area is excellent for canoeing, kayaking and water sports. Hiking and snowshoeing trails also weave through the landscape.
All of the lots will be equipped with electrical access. Roads are maintained year-round by the rural municipality of Roblin. Water will be accessible through wells and is the responsibility of the buyer, all lots are also large enough to suffice a septic system.. The properties have access to 3G telecommunication networks with LTE services coming shortly.
Summer & Winter Activities
Enjoy a challenging 9 hole game of golf at Roblin Golf and Country Club in the summer and head over to Asessippi Ski Resort in the winter for more family fun. Roblin also has an active snowmobile club with trails to Duck Mountain Provincial Park for some of the most scenic trails in the province. Lake of the Prairies is also well known for ice fishing.
